EAT. was created sometime in 2006 to ride on the success of Fei Siong Group’s foray into the local noodles business.
EAT. was conceptualised as a “one -stop shop” food outlet serving local traditional fare like minced pork noodles with mushroom (“bak chor mee”), fishball noodles and laksa as well as finger food items like fishcake, chicken wings and many others together with beverages.
EAT. is primarily targeted at the mass crowd in suburban malls and city centre malls serving local traditional fare with nostalgic flavour and taste and at reasonable price.
